Municipal Court

The Municipal Court is located at 328 N. Main Street - Phone: 920-833-2209

If you receive a citation and it says YES for must appear, you must appear or you will be found guilty and penalty assessed.

If you receive a citation and it says NO for must appear, you do not need to appear.  Payments can be mailed to Seymour Municipal Court - 328 N Main Street, Seymour WI 54165. You may pay through www.allpaid.com pay location code 6039.(Service fees do apply)

If you wish to plead "Not Guilty" you must appear for your court date or send a signed statement stating so before your court date.  A pre-trial notice will be sent to you giving information on how to discuss your citation with the City Attorney.  If you do not contact the City Attorney by the date listed on the pre-trial notice, you will be found guilty and penalty assessed.
